Our family had a memorable stay at a charming villa nestled in the hills outside the city. the location was perfect, as it was close to the tram, making it convenient to explore downtown Budapest. the villa was surrounded by beautiful wooded gardens and offered a lovely hilltop view. the rooms were filled with personal touches and we were even upgraded to a Junior Suite. the staff was always helpful and went out of their way to assist us, even resolving an issue with a dishonest taxi driver. the breakfast had a good variety of options, including cheese, cold cuts, and cereals.
The hotel was situated quite far from the main tourist areas, so it required some travel to reach the city center.

The place looks wonderful, very rich. Like the others have written, it's like staying with a rich relative. Really liked the Sauna.
The villa is hard to find, don't even try public transport unless you are into hiking, as the last incline is very steep. Situated on the remote side of the Buda hill, it takes about 20 minutes into Pest where generally the action is. Upon arrival second bed was not made as requested. First morning: no breakfast as we did not reserve it (perhaps ask us next time?), second morning: great breakfast, third morning; same 'fresh' vegetables served again, less nice. The sauna was nice, yet pool that comes with it only useable to cool down, as 22.6 degrees is really too cold for a comfortable swim. Gym present with bike and weights, one toilet present, one under construction. Second day, room was not made at all so we asked and received towels.

Indoor swimming pool was not heated thus could not swim as the water temperature was low.

The staff were friendly and the rooms had a homey feel to them. the breakfast offered a good variety of European dishes. the hotel was situated in a quiet location away from the city bustle.
The location was very isolated and the walk to public transport was not only long, but also uncomfortable due to the lack of proper sidewalks and presence of dogs. This made it very inconvenient for us to explore the city and forced us to spend more money on taxis.

The location is very quite, in the forresr mountain. Very big room is fit for family.
The pool is cold. A car is neccesarry.
